  • Data Protection Governance: Reviewing your current governance framework,  for completeness but also so our efforts work within this structure.
  • Data Processing: Reviewing what data items are processed and how, to understand the data protection risks.
  • Awareness: Identify what, if any, training and awareness has been performed so staff understand their role.
  • Operations: Reviewing current capabilities and their effectiveness in supporting Data Protection.

Once the on-boarding process is complete, the scope and objectives of the Data Protection support will be documented in a service description. Using a fixed monthly charge and/or fixed rate you can ensure you have access to the right capabilities.

  • On-boarding: fixed price engagement. Output of which is the service description and agreed monthly effort.
  • Monthly Service Charge: Based on client requirements, this will include a combination of onsite and remote support
